Are the boats Handicapped-Accessible?

We do our best to assist handicapped passengers on board the UTOPIA. Please call ahead to discuss the limitations so our crew will be ready to provide extra assistance, if necessary.

Do I have to make a reservation?

Reservations are recommended. If you spontaneously want to charter either boat, we will try to accommodate you if possible. View our schedule here and call Captain Jack at (207) 337-0446 to make your reservation.

Are there FOOD AND BEVERAGES on the boats?

Bring your own food and drinks (including alcoholic) to enjoy on board. Coolers are permitted. Please use paper or plastic dishes and glassware. If you plan on dining on board, let’s talk to make sure you have what you need! We often work with Terra Cotta Catering in Kittery which has wonderful meals and appetizers packed for the excursion.

Can we bring alcohol on board?

Yes, alcohol is allowed on board. Coolers are also permitted. Please use paper or plastic glassware.

What is your policy on gratuity for the Crew members?

Tipping is welcomed but not required. If the Captain or Crew created a positive experience, it is customary to offer a tip as a show of appreciation for the service provided.

Can I smoke on board?

Smoking is not permitted on the vessels at any time.

Do you have life jackets for children?

Children on passenger boats with safety rails are not required to wear life jackets but they are recommended. We will have lifejackets for children on board. Please bring a fitted life jacket for a toddler or baby.

Can I bring my dog?

Pets, other than service animals, are not allowed on the vessels without prior arrangement.
